Diakonos Group is an Oklahoma owned and operated long term care provider. We specialize in the turn-around and re-development of under-performing facilities. Diakonos Group has also opened two brand new, state of the art, Medical Resorts across Oklahoma. Diakonos currently operates thirteen skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, two Senior Mental Health facilities, three assisted living communities, one independent living community and five intermediate care facilities for adults with developmental disabilities. These facilities employ nearly 1200 caregivers that serve approximately 950 residents, patients, and guests.
