About Us

Diakonos Group is an Oklahoma-owned and operated long-term care provider. We specialize in the turn-around and re-development of underperforming facilities. Diakonos Group has recently opened two state-of-the-art, Medical Resorts across Oklahoma. Diakonos currently operates eight skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, one assisted living community, and five intermediate care facilities for adults with developmental disabilities. These facilities employ nearly 1000 caregivers that serve approximately 600 residents, patients, and guests.
