Marla Costello

Western Director of Operations

Marla graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She has worked as a case manager/rehabilitation specialist for developmentally disabled clientele in a day treatment center, and has held a number of positions within the long-term care setting, including activity director, admissions/marketing director, administrator and vice president of operations and campus experiences. She also served as an independent consultant to activity and psychosocial departments for 10 years.

Marla has been a regional director of operations for the last 20 years at facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Texas, which specialized in an assortment of both populations (geriatric, pediatric, mental illness, developmental disabilities) and programs (ventilators, wounds and dialysis).
