Director of Clinical Operations / Chief Nursing Officer

Shellie Conley BSN RN IPCO, joined Diakonos Group in 2014 as Director of Nursing at North County Nursing and Rehabilitation.  Next, Shellie accepted the position of EHR Support/Director of Clinical Informatics, with a focus on fully implementing Point Click Care into all Diakonos Group facilities.  Later, Shellie accepted the position of Director of Clinical Outcomes for the Diakonos Group.  It was during this period that Covid-19 was declared a pandemic. In December of 2020, Shellie accepted the position of Chief Nursing Officer for the Diakonos Group.  Shellie has a background in leadership and management as well as a clinical background in Alzheimer’s dementia and other dementias, hospice, long-term care, skilled nursing and infection prevention and control. We are so proud to have Shellie on our Support team!
