In 2013, John joined the Diakonos Group and Senior Health Strategies. He currently serves as our Executive Chef for all facilities. With over 20 years of experience in food service and culinary management, his roles have included positions as an executive chef, restaurant and catering manager.
John earned his BS in management from Southern Nazarene University. He also has a degree in business administration from Tulsa Community College and a Certified Dietary Manager through the ANFP.
John has been consistently recognized for his leadership in the food service industry, was a prestigious Silver Spoon finalist in 2014, 2015, 2016 and Silver Spoon champion in 2017.Back to About Us
