Director of Sales and Marketing

Spring Morrow joined Diakonos in 2018 with over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare setting. She is an industry leader in Sales and marketing and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to helping our local hospitals find the right placement. She began her career as a clinical nurse, spending twelve years working in a Tulsa hospital. In 2015 Spring left the hospital industry to pursue her interest in the sales and marketing field. She began working in long term acute care, where she became very successful. Spring eventually went on to work in the long term care and skilled nursing communities as a clinical liaison. In January of 2018 Spring became the Director of Sales and Marketing for all of our facilities across Oklahoma. This includes our skilled, long term care, assisted living, independent living and ICF/IID facilities.

Spring is also responsible for business development which includes building relationships across all of the Oklahoma Hospital systems as well as other healthcare entities. She has played an instrumental role in partnering the Diakonos facilities with all of the major hospitals across Oklahoma. Spring currently serves on the CMSA Board for Eastern Oklahoma as well as the Green Country Cattle Womens Board for Eastern Oklahoma.
